Estoy probando el Renoise 1.9 por lo pronto funciona muy bien.

NO convierte directamente a MP3 pero si lo hace a wav y hasta ahora con la mejor definición que he logrado, mucho mejor que con otros programas con los que he probado.

Kitzel no leí toooodo el post, pero a lo mejor te interese probar con el open MPT (mod plug tracker)

Es un tracker multiformato para windows y entre las cosas que hace justamente está la de convertir a mp3 directo o wav los modulos que soporta, que son precisamente todos los que nombrás en el encabezado de este tema.
A lo mejor te sirva más para lo que es conversion
