Buen detalle:
"A friend informed me (a bit too late) about the 74'273, which could be used to reduce the number of components in this design. In particular, the logic connected to LE and D0/D1 (which is there to provide a well-defined state on reset) could be removed entirely. If/when my SpeccyBoot goes up in smoke, I'll use the 74'273 in the next incarnation."

soultaker, las +2A y +3 tienen una línea ROMCS en el conector de borde distinta porque la ROM es distinta, tiene 2 chips de 32K y dos lineas ROMCS para desactivar cada ROM.
Igual no te aflijas soultaker, si bien es una idea interesante no me parece un aparato tan fantástico...
